Julia Rust, a senior at North Summit High, finished fourth in the Class 2A girls state final by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 19:58.4 at the Utah High School Activities Association Cross Country Championships at the Regional Athletic Complex in Salt Lake City. Rust, who also placed fourth last year in 20:03.8, led North Summit to a third consecutive girls team title by a 40-41 margin against Grand County High.
